    Directions

    配合日式照烧汁去焖煮一会,让照烧汁的味渗入鸡腿肉,你不能抗阻的美味,简单又好吃。

    Step 1

    把红萝卜、大葱、蒜菜及姜放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤30分钟至微焦。Roast carrot, onion, leek and ginger in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 30 minutes or till slightly charred.

    Step 2

    把蔬菜放入锅里,再加入其它材料。Place vegetables in a pot and add in all remaining sauce ingredients.

    Step 3

    小火焖煮30分钟,煮至汁稠。Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat to reduce the sauce.

    Step 4

    加入鸡腿肉,继续焖煮20-25分钟至熟(小心控制,避免汁太稠)。Add in chicken leg and continue simmer for 20-25 minutes till its cooked. (control heat to ensure sauce don’t thickened too much).

    Step 5

    另外在平底锅热橄榄油,把大葱和蒜头炒至香。Heat pan with extra virgin olive oil, toss in onion and garlic and sauté till fragrant.

    Step 6

    加入荷兰豆,继续炒2-3分钟。然后加入意粉,再倒入高汤。并以盐和胡椒粉调味。Add in french beans, stir fry for 2-3 minutes then add in pasta and stock and season with salt and pepper.

    Step 7

    继续炒3-4分钟至汁稠,然后拌入樱桃番茄,盛出上桌。Continue to fry for 3-4 minutes till all the liquid have reduced, then toss in cherries tomatoes, dish out and serve.
